OVERVIEW

Prime Sports Training provides individual and small group athletic training for lacrosse goaltenders. Because goaltenders are a unique breed of athlete, we feel that they deserve unique training techniques. We offer two types of trainings with a video breakdown service to compliment these trainings and further help your play.


Individual Training: our instructors come to you; be it your practice or wherever for a customized training for one to five athletes.

Camp Training: you come to our designated facility for a multi-day training on dates that work best for you and other athletes playing the same position.

2010 GOALTENDER CAMP
The dates have been confirmed for the 2010 Prime Goaltending Camp: Sunday, February 28th from 3-5pm, Sunday, March 7th from 6-8pm and Sunday, March 14th from 6-8pm. It will take place in the RIT Gordon Fieldhouse.
The camp is taking place closer to the season this year due to feedback from past camp attendees. Sign up here.

ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING
Individual Trainings are when our instructors come to you; be it your practice or wherever to work with one to four athletes. These trainings provide customized instruction to match the athlete's skill set and can take place year round.
